Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all of her classes and sessions, Heather  supports her clients through weight loss programmes & goals , fertility concerns and chronic health problems with fantastic results . Her focus is on working with her clients in a targeted way that’s specific to the individual and their lifestyle and ensuring clients step outside their comfort zones to achieve the results they want, in a time frame that is both realistic and achievable.  Training sessions focus around low impact strength and conditioning offering nutritional advice along with mindset and lifestyle support to create the happiest version of you.
