Bootcamp Lite

Our Bootcamp lite programme is designed to create a solid platform for all our members to work from. We apply strength and conditioning programming working with lighter weights and perfect form to get our members fitter, stronger and to keep them injury free! The program is a perfect ‘stepping stone’ to our Bootcamp class. This class will focus on developing and perfecting the basic movements to help you progress in your health and fitness goals. The aim of this class is to increase your ability and confidence in the moves we use in the main class. Education is the key to success, learning and mastering the fundamentals through a fun and sweaty session. It’s a scaled workout to meet everyone’s needs; new, returning or developing your fitness this class will help you move forward.
