Experience the art of kickboxing for a great cardiovascular workout leaving you feeling fit, strong and empowered. We use boxing and kickboxing combination work to create this high energy class. No experience required, we will teach you the basics or if you have done boxing before we will improve your technique. Lee, Dave and Simon all have competitive experience with the latter two still regularly boxing.
Dave programmes our Kickbox2.0. He has trained in many venues around the world including Thailand and loves to learn and share his experiences with you. You can expect all the latest training techniques to be implemented in these unique classes exclusive to Superstar. We have 2 elements to our KICKBOX 2.0 – technique work followed by conditioning. Don’t forget every ‘fighter’ needs a solid core so expect lots of ab work to finish off- this is a great class to add variety to your training for someone starting or returning to fitness.
