Bootcamp is like no other in the South West. It’s our ultimate, full-body strength and conditioning programme.
This is our signature class, variety and fun you can expect as standard and be prepared to dig deep and push hard. Combining effective high-intensity training with strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment to create a leaner, stronger, fitter you! We always start with thorough warm-ups including mobility drills to improve your quality and range of movement, as well as reducing chance of injury.
We only use the most experienced, highly qualified coaches in Somerset to take you through movements such as the barbell squat, deadlift, push press, pull-ups, kettlebell cleans and many more. It is these strengthening movements combined with high-intensity cardio and metabolic conditioning that create the ‘toned’ look you desire, and quickly!
Workouts can be completed individually, in pairs or as team games creating an unbeatable atmosphere where no two workouts are the same. This is aside from our bi-monthly Superstar Fitness test which reviews the progress you’ve made.
Monday:- lower body (hamstrings quads and glutes focus)
Tuesday: Total body conditioning/core
Wednesday: – Pull movements
Thursday: Total body Conditioning/core
Friday: Push movements
Saturday: – Total body conditioning – team games
Sunday: rest day however we have a circuits class and open gym available if you missed a workout during the week
