You will take on this 10-station circuit twice with a short, fun partner workout at the halfway point. We know the going will get tough, but with your fellow Superstars, you will complete it and burn calories for hours after the class.
All levels welcome – these 50 second stations focus on simple movements which allow everyone to work to their own potential. Whether you complete 5 push-ups on your knees or 20 reps on your toes, there is no judgment, just a common goal to do the best you possibly can. Your trainer will spend time demonstrating how to perform the moves correctly to prevent injury and get the most from the class.
Variation is the key – Battle ropes, ski machines and TRX’s are just some of the pieces equipment used in circuits to vary the workout. Who said exercise wasn’t supposed to be fun?
